Every year

in the United States,

40,000 lives are lost

to gun violence.

40,000.

That’s 40,000 lives cut short. 40,000 gaping holes where mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, friends and loves ones should be. It’s also 40,000 fewer people to vote for the sensible gun safety laws that would have kept them alive. It’s 40,000 fewer people to fight the influence of the gun lobby’s money.

So help us fight back. Help us replace their lost votes. Help us complete the ballots they can’t. Help us prove that votes can be louder than bullets. Help us end the tragedy of gun violence that could be avoided.
